Proponents of this chain link with a "perfect" location ("proximity to shopping" and "easy access to Downtown Bellevue and the freeway to Seattle") like the "friendly" staff, the "extra touches like down pillows and comforters" and the overall "pleasant" experience provided; but dissenters who say it's "not what you'd expect from a Sheraton" are disappointed in the "cramped" rooms that "desperately need a renovation", as well as the "not great" restaurant.

Clean and quiet. Hotel has many quality food options around.
There is no pool. Should have a pool for the 3.5 star hotel.
Perfect for business travelers. Family-friendly, it's not with a lack of a pool. Fitness center is nice and it's very nicely located.

The beds were very comfortable and the colors used in the decorations was appealing.
The bottom of the bathroom door looked like it was renovated and molding was old. It did not have a pool or Jacuzzi.
Loved the location, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. It was pretty.

The staff and the restaurant on site Bellevue Grille, the room, and the shuttle.
Maybe the location, but with the shuttle it was no problem, and we walked everywhere.
Staff was top notch, couldn't find fault with anyone, which is totally refreshing. Usually, we stay at the Hyatt Bellevue, but for the price (1/2 less) we would not hesitate at all staying at the Sheraton. 20% off at the Bellevue Grille restaurant while you are a guest. ...read more

Decor was nice and all newly done, staff was nice and friendly.
Sheets were very rough, no pool or none mentioned to us, location is not great for walking, more a drive in place.
It was nice but you don't want to spend a ton of time there, room was nice to relax in and its a good jumping off point to drive around the East side area, near all freeways.
